Now, to Halloween! I had a really fun time! I got to meet all of these strange human pups dressed up in silly costumes. And I got to help give them candy. But the best part was definitley dressing up in a costume for myself! Tonya wanted to pick something that was festive, but not to over the top (she doesn't really like the idea of putting clothes on dogs, except for Halloween of course). So we went to the pet store and picked out the perfect oufit: I was a vampire dog!! I got to wear a cape that made me look like a real vampire!
Here are some pictures of me after my long, fun night on Halloween, with my costume on. (As you can see, I was tired from all of the excitement)
You appear to be showing your fangs in the last picture Count Dracula! BUT that wagging tail is a give away ;) Happy Halloween! P.S. I was a moose, Becky was the mountie - she ate her hat lol
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little costume! I've found in past years that hardly any kids came to my house to trick or treat so I just quit buying candy and make sure my light is turned out.
ReplyDeleteOh Sammy - you make a very fetching vampire! And you didn't even need to wear fake fangs - ha! ha!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you actually enjoy dressing up in costumes though - most doggies I know hate it! :-)
Slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
Yo make a good vamprie Sammy :) Hope you helped get lots of lollies! hehe
ReplyDeleteLicks and lots of slobber,
Lexi and Jasper the Danes
Cool costume Sammy! My human loves Halloween and vampires. It must be because she's from Transylvania. :)
ReplyDeleteI wish we celebrated Halloween here in Australia...I would love a night where I could eat all the treats I wanted.
